Comments are off for this post.

Week 11 and 2 dental surgeries.

The 2 dental surgeries next to each other. The new build is heading to lock up stage by the end of this week. The cladding is going up as we see scaffolds being erected.

The north wall with cladding attached. We are really looking forward to seeing these painted!

The front door has been put in place at the entrance. All the windows have been covered in preparation for the painting of exterior walls in week 12 and the brick work is finally complete.

The surgery inside is starting to get the plaster work on the way. Some walls have been plastered and the space inside is taking shape. It’s wonderful to see what was on paper take form!

Soon the plaster work will be up in most of the building, and final decisions on the interior colour for the walls are on the way.

The coming week will see many more trades in this already crowded space. But Ducon’s site manager Alex is doing a fabulous job coordinating the trades making sure all runs smoothly.

Joinery will be next I guess. We are so close folks, thank you to all for being patient with us whilst the build continues.
